- As a Bid Administrator, you'll work as part of the pre-sales team to produce winning bids.
- Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our proposals comply with the bid/tender requirements.
- Extracting documentation requirements from RFPs & Tenders.
- Preparing and coordinating compliance documentation.
- Track and coordinate team member contributions to proposals.
- Maintain proposal templates.
- Maintain client and project references.
- Complete Vendor onboarding requirements with our clients.
- Maintain and update Vendor Risk Assessments with our clients.
- Contribute to leadership dashboards and management reports, as well as other ad hoc requests for presentations.
- Conduct in-depth application and system architectural analysis.
- Document detailed technical designs aligning with business objectives.
- Participate in Agile workflows and successfully deliver at least one end-to-end Scrum project.
- Hands-on experience with Infinity DBX and Quantum V9/V8.
- Expertise in Mobile Fabric (Identity, Integration, Orchestration, Engagement).
- Understanding of APNS and FCM concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in Core Java, SQL, HTML5, and Jira.
- Experience with 3rd-party SDK integrations on Android and iOS.
- Knowledge of Microservices and backend integrations.
- Familiarity with Kotlin, Swift, or Flutter is an added advantage.
