Strategic implementation of Temenos Payments Hub enables ADCB Egypt to deliver faster, ISO 20022-compliant cross-border payments.

ITSS a renowned global Temenos delivery and technology partner, today announced the successful go-live of Temenos Payments Hub at ADCB Egypt, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank Group. The project marks a major milestone in ADCB Egypt’s digital transformation journey, modernizing its payments infrastructure to deliver faster, more efficient, and ISO 20022 SWIFT MX-compliant cross-border payments.

Delivered in close collaboration with Temenos, the implementation equips ADCB Egypt to process SWIFT payments using the ISO 20022 MX messaging standard, introducing richer, structured data for improved accuracy and interoperability across financial institutions.

The adoption of Temenos Payments Hub, supported by ITSS’s payments implementation expertise, enables ADCB Egypt to achieve higher straight-through processing (STP), reduce manual interventions, and accelerate settlement times. The centralized orchestration layer enhances visibility and control across payment operations, while the scalable architecture supports future expansion into additional payment schemes and volumes.

Already operating on Temenos Core Banking, this project further unifies ADCB Egypt’s core and payments ecosystems, creating a robust, agile foundation that supports the bank’s long-term growth and innovation strategies.
