Following an extended 8–9 month pause due to client-side organizational changes, the project resumed with renewed alignment and focus. Through disciplined follow-ups, collaborative workshops, and structured recovery planning, both teams ensured that momentum was restored and milestones were achieved with precision.

From requirement finalization through development, testing, migration, and production readiness, the project demanded technical depth and continuous stakeholder engagement. Language barriers during early analysis phases were navigated through extensive consultation sessions, ensuring business expectations were fully aligned with the functional capabilities of Temenos Transact Financial Inclusion. This clarity established a stable foundation for configuration and development.

Building a Strong Technical Foundation

During the analysis phase, the groundwork was meticulously laid through detailed estimations and architectural planning, forming the blueprint for all subsequent activities. Parallelly, the infrastructure and product teams orchestrated multiple environments—ensuring configuration stability, seamless deployments, and consistent technical performance across all phases of the project lifecycle.
