Geneva, Friday, May 11, 2012 – Information Technologies Solutions and Services (ITSS), an international provider of IT banking solutions and services, has just migrated Credit Bank Kenya Limited in Nairobi to T24 R11 - announced the company in Geneva today.

“This is a big success for our company because it’s been a full-fledged installation - and we have accomplished it on time and in budget. It was a memorable project for ITSS. The teamwork made it a big success again” – emphasized Sivaramakrishnan Ramamoorthy, Technical Director of ITSS.

Although Credit Bank of Kenya is a medium size retail and corporate bank, the installation of T24 R11 from scratch was a very challenging and strategic project. It has started in August 2011 and many consultants of ITSSS have worked on-site in the different stages of the project to make sure that everything will be up and running by the target day in May 2012. Apart from installing this release the bank has selected different solutions of ITSS as well, among others its data extraction tool (jBLoader) and T24 testing tool (T3).

“I’m very proud of our team which has done an extraordinary job in Nairobi” – outlined Patrick Jaccoud, CEO of ITSS. “We have accomplished this installation without any major set-back, there was no need for any over-run and we have finished it as planned, these are the factors what are very important to our customers” - added Patrick Jaccoud.

Charles Kibara, Head of Internal Audit at Credit Bank Kenya said: “Thanks for helping the bank go live in one of the shortest time possible for a core banking system of this magnitude.  In your implementation team I have seen very professional and knowledgeable consultants who were ready to go out of their way to advise the bank on all aspects of T24 implementation.” +++

“This data extraction tool has been one of our most successful solutions” – emphasized Patrick Jaccoud, CEO of ITSS. “Its history started in 2006 but it is still in demand in many parts of the world and we are extremely pleased with the fact that we have a new user from East and Central Europe” – added Mr. Jaccoud.

We believe that the way jBloader is designed will give us many possibilities to develop it further to meet the different requirements of future clients in the coming years” – added Mr. Ramamoorthy. +++

T24 Dedicated Data Extraction Tool of ITSS is in Demand on 3 Continents

Geneva, Thursday, October 20, 2011– Information Technologies Solutions and Services (ITSS), an international provider of IT banking solutions and services has recently signed a contract for its T24 dedicated data extraction tool, called JBloader with a leading bank in the Middle East, and now more than 20 clients use this solution in 14 countries on 3 continents – announced the company in Geneva today.

“I’m pleased that our data extraction tool is in demand in so many countries and used by many different types of customers” – emphasized Patrick Jaccoud, CEO of ITSS.

“The fact, that the history of jBLoader data extraction tool has started in 2006 and there are still new customers who wish to use it for their DWH or reporting needs shows the strength of this solution” – outlined Siva Ramamoorthy, Technical Director of ITSS. “We continuously develop it according to the needs of the customers and in line with the latest developments in the IT industry. For example, we have just finished the development for DB2 database users and the improvement is quite significant – what it took 40 minutes before now it takes 1 minute and 30 seconds!” – added Mr. Ramamoorthy.
