Steering is essential to succeed in a project. ITSS helps you during all the project phases thanks to experienced project managers, owners of project methodology certifications (PMI, Hermes, Prince 2, etc).
Project Management guarantees a reliable follow-up of the project, giving an overview of it; it makes it possible to measure with precision the progress of the projects, to validate the milestone dates and to make the right decisions in case of difficulty.
Once a budget had been defined for the project and the latter has been organized and scheduled, the steering committee can compare what has been carried out to what had been forecasted, and possibly review the schedules and fees.
The difference with the initial plan (in terms of scheduling or costs) is thus quickly identified which allows to establish adapted corrective measures.
Steering also implies a formal and formalized communication on the progress of the project, key success factor of the project.
