Solving Accounting Mismatches at Bank of Botswana gives boost of confidence to ITSS
Geneva, Thursday, November 24, 2011– Information Technologies Solutions and Services (ITSS), an international provider of IT banking solutions and services has solved accounting mismatch problems at the central bank of Botswana, and the solution has touched the roots of the problem which gives hope that it may not happen again - announced the company in Geneva today.
“We feel that solving accounting mismatch problems at a bank with T24 core banking system is always a good achievement. Because of the complexity of the issue many times it seems that it is an uphill battle to identify the real cause of this problem” – emphasized Patrick Jaccoud, CEO of ITSS.
Julius Ghanie, Director of the IT Department of Bank of Botswana has put it that “ITSS diligently managed to stop the mismatch problem caused by the revaluation process from recurring, and I am very happy with this magnificent effort and their overall contribution in the resolution of this problem.”
“We believe that we did create a procedure what would allow us to find solutions at other banks as well and we look forward to working for banks in the future which are facing similar issues” – added Patrick Jaccoud. +++
