VPBank in Vietnam went live with Temenos T24 R09 in cooperation with ITSS
Geneva, Thursday, March 3, 2011 – Information Technologies Solutions and Services (ITSS), an international provider of IT banking solutions and services, helped VPBank in Hanoi, Vietnam to migrate from their Temenos T24 R05 core banking system to R09 and the bank went successfully live with the new version at the end of February – announced the company in Geneva today.
“It is my great pleasure that this complex and demanding work has been professionally done by the expert team of ITSS on-site and off-site” – emphasized Siva Ramamoorthy, Technical Director of ITSS.
The first phase of the project – scoping – was already performed in May 2010 by the experts of ITSS and the actual migration work started in August. Two persons worked full time on-site and four others worked part-time on-site and off-site to help meet the often sudden challenges quickly and efficiently. The new version was up and running at the very end of February 2011.
